Colorado – Effective May 1, 2007, the Colorado Secretary of State will reject any Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) or Effective Financing Statement (EFS) or other lien document that is not submitted on the most current form. The latest versions remove the field for social security numbers. Individual social security numbers should not be included in filings.
