South Dakota – House Bill 1069, effective July 1, 2009, increases the fee for filing a paper UCC-1 and UCC-3 (one debtor, one page document) from $20 to $25, increasesd the fee for an electronic UCC-1 and UCC-3 (one debtor) from $15 to $20 and increases the fee for additional debtors from $2 to $3 per debtor.
