UCC Direct Announces New Revised Article 9-Compliant Search Service Direct with States

Users of UCC Direct's Web-based tool, iLienOnline, are now able to easily conduct state direct “Revised Article 9 (RA9) compliant” searches in more than half the states–from one interface. The new service allows for searching by the state–standard search logic directly from state databases as well as by UCC Direct's exclusive database thereby providing access to the most accurate search results available.

Washington – Effective February 11, 2008, the Department of Licensing revised the UCC filing and searching fees. The fee for filing and indexing a UCC record communicated on paper is $15 (formerly, $13.28) for a document of 1 or 2 pages, plus $1 for each additional page. The fee for filing and indexing a UCC record communicated on-line is $8 (formerly, $10). The fee for processing a UCC search request communicated on paper is $10 (formerly, $18.80) There is no fee for processing a UCC search communicated on-line (formerly the fee was $15).
