Protect Your Filings During RA9 End of Transition Period
Financing Statements continued before Revised Article 9 took effect may be subject to a shorter continuation filing window in 2006 if they meet certain criteria. The information on this page can help you determine if and when Continuations are necessary before the “Golden Window” closes.
